How AllCDP Global collects and rates data

Every fact in AllCDP Global comes from a public vendor source: the website, documentation, pricing page, trust center or a press release. Each value links to the page it was taken from and carries a review date. If a vendor does not document something, we mark it as not documented instead of guessing.

What we collect

For each platform we collect eight blocks of data:

  • General: headquarters, founding year, owner, former names and category.
  • Market: company sizes and industries the vendor targets.
  • Pricing: public plans, billing unit, free plan and trial.
  • Data: identity resolution, real-time profiles, event collection, computed attributes, predictive models, warehouse-native work.
  • Activation: own channels, journeys and ad audiences.
  • Integrations: SDKs, API, warehouse sync and ready-made connectors.
  • Security and compliance: SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, hosting regions, SSO, SCIM, audit log, consent.
  • Commerce: product catalog, product events, recommendations and search.

What the statuses mean

Declared
the vendor states the feature or certification on a public page
Partly
available with limits, or the vendor gives only partial details (for example, SOC 2 without the report type)
Add-on
offered as a separately licensed module
Not offered
the vendor says explicitly that it is not available
Not documented
we found no public information; the feature may still exist

Which sources we accept

Only the vendor’s own public pages: product pages, documentation, pricing, trust and security centers, legal terms and press releases. Review sites, analyst reports and price aggregators are not used as sources. For ownership changes and availability in Russia we also accept major news outlets.

Prices are shown exactly as published, in the original currency. If there is no public price, the platform is marked as “Contact sales”: we do not estimate prices.

AllCDP Global Index

The AllCDP Global Index rates each platform from 0 to 10. It uses only the public vendor data shown on platform pages. Each of seven components is scored from 0 to 10 and weighted:

AllCDP Global Index components and weights
ComponentWeightWhat counts
Use cases20%Share of six typical tasks covered by declared features: unified customer profile, segmentation, ad audiences, journey orchestration, personalization and real-time.
Data and architecture20%Identity resolution, real-time profiles, warehouse-native work or reverse ETL, computed attributes and predictive models.
Integrations15%Up to 4 points for integration methods (SDKs, API, warehouse sync, reverse ETL) and 0.5 points for each ready-made connector from our reference list of 22 systems, up to 6.
Security and compliance15%SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA, a choice of data hosting regions, SSO, SCIM and audit log.
Transparency15%Up to 6 points for documented data blocks (of 8), 2 for public pricing, 1 for a free plan or trial and 1 for public API or SDK documentation.
Activation channels10%Own email, SMS, push and in-app messages, and audiences for Google, Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn ads.
Commerce5%Product catalog, product events, recommendations and search.

A declared feature counts in full, an add-on module counts as 0.75 and a partly available feature as 0.5. Features that are not offered or not documented count as zero. Data hosting counts when the vendor offers at least two hosting regions.

If fewer than 6 of the 8 data blocks are documented, the index is not calculated: a low score would reflect missing information rather than the platform. Such platforms are listed in the rating without a score.

Analytics and attribution, and how recently the vendor published news, are not part of the index yet: we do not collect these data points consistently.

The Global Index and the index of the Russian AllCDP catalog are calculated by different criteria and are not comparable. The global index does not use Russia-specific criteria such as data storage in Russia or the Russian software registry.

Updates and corrections

Data is reviewed regularly; the review date is shown on every platform page. Vendors and users can report an error by sending a link to the source to hi@allcdp.pro. We check the source and update the page, and log every data change on the changes page.
